We’re clear that humans learn best when they interact with others out of interest, need, and the desire to create something. We also know that you don’t just throw a bunch of folks into a room and tell them to sort things out.

We bring our respective professional lifetimes’ experience to bear on bringing structure and focus to the whys, whats, and hows of developing learning strategies that will clearly grow individual and organizational performance. That experience includes:

  • using innovative group processes to uncover strategic issues and possibilities, such as Open Space, unconferencing, global virtual learning forums, etc
  • acting as effective guides and facilitators for senior teams exploring fundamental culture change for their organization(s)
  • acting as master coaches to executives and managers, helping those they coach to discard or outgrow dated mental models and understand better the complex environment in which we are all now operating
